Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
o    Work with internal customers and team members to develop and manage the project plan;
o    Conceive and provides practical and improved product design applications. Emphasis of this position is on conceiving complex product designs and preparing design models. Supports engineers and technologists in defining configuration and helps resolve design issues.  Possesses initiative to resolve design issues with minimal supervision;
o    Conceive complex product design concepts and prepares design models using a computer graphics system; 
o    Refines and improves product designs by investigating and developing solutions to product design problems;
o    Creating the 3D representation of components from a design skeleton following model quality requirements and functional requirements;
o    Converting the model information into a 2D drawings following the CAT standards/drawing practice, GD&T principles and functional requirements;
o    Assist internal customers in Fit/Form/Function analysis and resolving Teamcenter/Creo/EDS issues;
o    Resolve model check errors and self-check the drawings and models;
o    Provide on-site support to internal customers per request, construct concept design of moderately complex components;
o    Ensure the responsible projects meet the goals of quality (3D model and 2D drawing), time, and efficiency.

Required Qualifications:
o    Bachelor degree in an accredited Engineering (mechanical, vehicle, material, hydraulic, engine, or electrical) curriculum
o    Minimum 3 years of relevant component/system design experience
o    High level of proficiency in Pro/E or other modeling or simulation tools 
o    Strong initiative, accountability and customer focus
o    Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
o    Good to Excellent in English (reading, writing and speaking)
o    Good knowledge of Geometry Dimensioning & Tolerance
Desired Qualifications:
o    Strong design and analysis capability
o    Design or manufacturing experience of casting or forging components
o    Good leadership ability
