As a Parts Orders Analyst, you’ll serve as the primary dealer, customer, subsidiary, etc., contact for all order matters; or acquire knowledge to analyze, interpret and communicate accurate and timely technical information to answer inquiries from dealers and customers. You will be responsible for all aspects of order analyst activities related to domestic parts orders or as the first level training position for Parts Technical Analyst positions.
Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
Interpreting order requirements; resolving parts order exceptions; assisting parts expediting to meet machine down and contractual obligations; instructing/training dealer personnel on changes to practices and policy; and coordinating the investigation of parts related marketplace complaints
Reviewing requests and orders for reasonableness and controls the timely entry and processing of dealer and customer order requirements
Coordinating the investigation of dealer and customer complaints on a variety of parts related questions
Providing ongoing training/instruction to dealer personnel on parts systems usage and changes
Handling daily interpretation of policies and procedures to determine compliance
Assisting dealer personnel in evaluating special requirements
Basic Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED
Customer Services Support experience required within the last 12 months or a strong understanding for CSS business and business model
Must be able to work 2nd shift
Top Candidates will also have:
Minimum of 1-year experience using SPM and EWM
Communications skills – oral and written
