BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTION

As we are rapidly expanding our autonomous haulage operations across Australia, we are looking for a Mining Technology Project & Operations Consultant to join our dynamic Mining Technology team. In this Perth based role you will report directly to the Regional Technology Operations Manager.

This role requires confidentiality, as you may be privileged to sensitive employment related matters or confidential material in order to perform your duties.   

You will need to be a self-starter that can work extremely autonomously with limited instruction at times. You will be given full creative control on several key projects and initiatives for the group.

In this role you will be responsible for, but not limited to;

• Preparing monthly management reports & presentations for senior leadership.
• Maintaining and updating Mining Technology best practice documents and playbooks.
• Owning the new employee onboarding process.
• Managing the monthly invoicing
• Monthly budget review
• Managing and/or contributing on key technology projects.
• Coordinating and facilitating key events internally as well as with customers.

To be successful in this role you must have;

• High energy & passion to support a 24/7/365 team
• Excellent communication skills
• Degree in marketing communications, human resources, training or similar business or relevant working experience.
• Expert in Microsoft Sharepoint (Preferably developer)
• Expert in Microsoft Powerpoint, Excel & Word
• Understanding on the Mining industry is a bonus
• Project Management skills
• Technical aptitude
