Job Purpose:

The marketing communications consultant will be responsible for the development and management of communications to support Global Parts Pricing & Sales Variance strategy, operations and transformation. The incumbent will define the simplified value messages and oversea the implementation of initiatives that engage key audiences using variety of approaches.

Job Duties:

  • Develop and implement a robust communication strategy to support the Global Parts Pricing & Sales Variance strategy. Focus areas of communication are Services Growth and Operational Excellence
  • Translate complex operations, projects and initiatives into clear value messages targeted to our business partners, executive stakeholders and dealers.
  • Build effective working relationships with various collaborators from multiple divisions, functions and work streams. The incumbent will also interact with dealers
  • Lead the change management for transformation initiatives
  • Manage the completion of work assignments and coordinates the work with others as it relates to Global Parts Pricing & Sales Variance
  • Provide counsel to internal groups to support communication plan.
  • Research, design, present and gain approval of annual communication plan and projects
  • The position is recognized division wide as the resourceful and reliable marketing communication consultant who acts as the main communication coordinator between all affected groups in support to Global Parts Pricing & Sales Variance strategy.
  • Limited travel required (less than 10% of working time)

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of job-related experience in parts marketing, or related field

Top Candidates will also have:

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working in the aftermarket and/or pricing
  • Broad business background including thorough knowledge of the company products, services and/or dealer operations
  • Demonstrated emotional intelligence and intellectual curiosity
  • Proven strong sense of urgency to achieve results
  • Ability to set priorities and establish a work plan in order to complete broadly defined assignments and achieve desired results
  • Change management experience

Additional Information

Work location: The preferred work location is Peoria, IL- Building LC; however this position may be done remotely at the hiring manager's discretion.
