JOB PURPOSE: The Digital Product Experience Manager works closely with Construction Industries Services Division (CISD), Dealer Distribution Services (DSD), Construction Industries (CI), Brand, and Cat Dealer leadership to define Construction Industries (CI) Critical Customer Requirements related to Cat Digital Platforms and in turn partners with Cat Digital to ensure there is alignment and clarity on development requirements.

The Digital Product Experience Manager’s primary task is to lead a team of Digital Product Experience Consultants as they interact with Retail Customers and key business partners to define Critical Customer Requirements (CCRs) for Cat Digital platforms, create product vision, set strategic direction, build and execute product roadmaps in order to deliver a best-in-class Digital Retail Customer Experience. This individual is responsible for leading a team focused on the following:
In addition to leading the team to deliver on the items above, this person is responsible for coaching personnel, performance evaluations, and development of team and ensuring all communication is aligned with stakeholders, internal partners, and customers.
