Job Title: 12 months FTC - Accounting Manager
Salary: £550000 to £65000(Depending on Experience)
Location: Peterborough, Cambridgeshire
Benefits: 25 days annual leave,
Car Allowance - £6,960
Contributory pension scheme- Caterpillar will double the employee's contribution Up to 10%
Contributory share scheme- Caterpillar will matched 50% of the employee's contribution

Job Responsibilities and Duties:
In an Accounting Manager position, you will provide expertise on complex business, financial or managerial issues within a business unit environment. You will have the opportunity to become one of our future business leaders. You will be able to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as high levels of leadership and initiative.
• Provision of supervision to a Team of 4 accountants
• Responsibility for all aspects of Material & Inventory Accounting
• Being Trusted Business Partner and providing reporting with insight & recommendations to the business
• Process Improvement mind set – utilise lean concepts to continuously improve processes
Skills and Experience:
Candidates will have gained the following skills and experience through previous roles:
Strong analytical, process improvement, problem solving and human relations skills
Excellent business partnering skills
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present at a senior level
Fully Qualified in a Professional Accountancy Qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent
Prior supervisory experience
Candidates may have gained the following skills and experience through previous roles:
Prior knowledge of Caterpillar systems
Industry accounting experience
