Within our EAME Headquarters located in Geneva, we offer a complete Graduate Internship Program for a period of 16 months from April 1st 2021 – July 31st 2022.

This BCP EAME Marketing graduate intern position is an addition to the Building Construction Products (BCP) Marketing division. The individual will lead the implementation of the 2021 social media strategy, provide support with data analysis, campaign results tracking, project management, conference and presentation organization and delivery. The incumbent will serve as a liaison with Dealers, Industry, Business Units, Distribution Services and other Caterpillar personnel, thereby gaining good visibility and understanding of the organizational structure.

The candidate works as a Junior Marketing Consultant and will have the opportunity to:

• Participate in the development of the 2021 BCP social media strategy (more structured content, games, more offers, visibility to leads and sales)
• Execute the EAME social media strategy
  • Content gathering for all EAME territories
  • Social Media Calendar and Budget Management
  • Result metrics tracking and benchmarking with other regions / between campaigns
  • Dealer capability improvement (training, best practices) regarding usage and tools
• Develop and implement a competitive communication watch in key EAME countries
• Marketing metrics tracking and analysis (monthly Dashboard)
• Manage communication processes both with internal partners and externally with our Cat Dealer network
• Track and generate reports and produce professional presentations that communicate our division initiatives, progress and results.
• Update and maintain internal documents, tools, website, Guidebook
• Coordinate dealer trainings and conferences
• Maintain and keep track of content management platform (Percolate)
• Suggest new innovative ideas to BCP Marketing

. Required Profile:

• Digital Marketing (ideally Social Media) experience in an International environment
• Analytical, ability to manage multiple projects, proactive and problem solver.
• Highly operational and detail oriented with a focus on execution and rigorous implementation
• Excellent IT skills: Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Power BI
• Creative and customer focused. Dynamic, team player with initiative.
• Confident communicator, clear and to-the-point
• Fluent in English and ideally two other major EAME languages (French, German, Italian, Russian, Arabic)
• Swiss citizen or holder of a valid B (hors contingent) or C permit, or EU citizen who has completed studies in Switzerland.

The graduate Intern program offers entry-level Intern positions with an opportunity to become a fixed employee if job performance is high and if hiring possibilities are available. This particular role could lead to an opportunity to become a Caterpillar Marketing and Sales Representative in one of our EAME District Offices.
