Job Duties:
1. In this role, you will develop deep expertise of knowledge on Caterpillar’s products, technologies, processes, services and systems.
2. Learn and follow Caterpillar Engine mechanical validation process and procedure.
3. Deliver the project to meet customer equipment.
4. Deliver Technical Objective creation and FMEA creation, and also maintenance for TO and FMEA
5. Support development parts and engine build and transportation
6. Developing and executing validation plans for new engines, systems and components.
7. Developing and executing validation plans for localized engine components.
8. Perform product and process maintenance for manufacturing, customer technical support etc.
Required Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in an accredited Engineering, Internal Combustion Engines, Vehicle Engineering or equivalent
2. Good knowledge of internal combustion engine structure, FMEA, engine validation, etc
3. Excellent in problem analysis and solving skill
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
5. Creative, keep interest in taking challenge and pressure
6. Diligent, proactive, self-motived and open-minded
7. Good to Excellent in English (oral & written),
8. Good Interpersonal skills, Hands-on experience
Desired Qualifications:
1. Engine or Components design or validation experience
2. Engine test knowledge
3. Engine Regulations knowledge
4. 5+ years diesel engine or components development experience
