Job Purpose:

Enable Aftermarket Parts Sales Profitable Growth for Managed & Global Accounts by delivering executable go to market solutions that are aligned with our equity curve and driven by pricing analytics. This position will provide pricing and commercial support for all aftermarket parts business related to CI Managed Global and National Accounts. This position will directly support the CISD Global and National Account Managers by providing commercial and pricing analysis, tools, and recommendations on framework agreement negotiation and execution

Job Duties:

• Americas point of contact for Aftermarket CI Managed Accounts parts pricing matters. Supports global and national CISD accounts and works with a global cross functional team
• Works closely with CISD account managers, GCI, legal, and marketing
• Supports CI Managed Accounts commercial strategy through ownership of reference price and price transparency efforts and dealer execution
• Provides commercial support of customer benefits matrix to ensure company goals are met.
• Uses large datasets to analyze, summarize, and support strategic customer negotiations – communicating impact of customer agreement to management
• Executes on Customer Agreement pricing elements including customer rewards, rebates, parts escalation, and others
• Limited travel required (10% of working time)

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree concentrated in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Accounting, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields
• 5+ years of job-related experience
• Knowledge of Caterpillar products, merchandising programs and business systems
• Strong personal computer skills with experience in Tableau, Power BI, and/or Power Query

Top Candidates will also have:

• Prior experience as a Revenue/Pricing Analyst, Aftermarket Parts Field Rep (ASR, ASC), and/or a customer or dealer facing role
• Experience or knowledge of Parts Pricing Sales Variance
• Ability to confront unique and complex issues or problems, which require careful analysis, diagnosis and often innovative solutions
• Ability to set priorities and establish a work plan in order to complete broadly defined assignments and achieve desired results
• Must have strong analytical ability and initiative, be results oriented and have a high level of interpersonal and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to teach and train others
