Oversee the duties of the escort drivers who carry out safe transportations for Caterpillar managers in different locations in Mexico and the USA
Leads the logistic for visitors in Reynosa
Establish programs and work roles to continue activities of residential patrolmen and monitors daily news
Security activities in plants such as access control, emergency response, theft prevention, investigations
Establishes procedures and work instructions for each of area and assesses the performance of employees
Supports security issues, visitors and investigations, other Caterpillar plants in Mexico, as well as Managers of Global Security, Latin America Regional Security Manager and his staff of Latin America Security Managers
Responsible for the allocation, management and maintenance of fleet vehicles to ensure optimal operation
Responsible for ensuring the review and timely delivery of news, events and monitoring of roadways, collected from media and social networks
Works with directors and departmental heads to learn travel itineraries and visits to provide the necessary support and monitoring transportation; keep periodic meetings on safety conditions for employees, visitors and vendors, managers and supervisors; know travel plans, provide relevant information about events that alter the safe conditions of all workers, visitors and relatives of Caterpillar Inc.
Works with facility manager assistant and head department assistants to provide information on the security conditions for the ground transportation of managers and visitors from Caterpillar Inc. and request the itineraries of visitors to support them with their transportation
Bachelor degree with 3 years previous security experience.
Knowledge of Security practices and procedures.
Ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
Driver’s license and USA Visa.
Understanding of Mexican regulations related to “Proteccion Civil” and “STPS”.
Must have good verbal and written communication skills.
