Roles and Responsibilities expected:
13 – 17 years of experience.
Having a minimum of 10 years in the area of SAP CRM (Functional) is mandatory.
Understand business processes, guide business requirements gathering and designing solutions.
Having Minimum 4 end to end implementations and 2 upgrade projects.
Should serve as a conduit between business and technology.
Should be adaptable to and work with multiple platforms.
Should be able to take initiatives by analyzing the risks and guiding the management as well as the teams to take it forward.
Should assume the responsibility and accountability towards the organizational technology needs.
Should oversee all aspects of system solutions.
Should be able to play the role of an enterprise architect.
In SAP CRM, expertise in below areas are expected
SAP CRM Sales & Service Management
Claims & Returns
Billing & Pricing
Experience in Billing Engine enhancements
CRM Middleware techniques
BRF(Events and Expressions)
Cross-application components like PPF, TTE, Classification Systems
Service Contracts / Entitlements / Service Orders.
Strong integration expertise with SD/ Finance/Inventory Management/ gATP.
Integration knowledge to GTS trade customs and compliance is an added advantage.
Prepare user manuals, training documents, configuration documents for business, User and IT teams.
Knowledge of CRM table structures and database.
Basic understanding of S/4 HANA and International Trade.
Ideal candidate would have handled minimum 1 - 4 End - End implementation / Support projects.
· Candidates should have B.E/B.Tech/MBA/Any Post graduation qualification.
· Should have interpersonal skills and Excellent communication skills to work with various projects & business stakeholders in handling the release management activities.
· Good to have SAP CRM Sales Certified
