The Resource Industries Aftermarket Services is looking for an Aftermarket Solutions Representative to cover dealers where Mining is not their primary focus.   Targets will include dealers with one mine or large quarry in the United States through providing optimized coverage for Resource Industries.  As an entry level ASR you will join a dynamic team of highly motivated ASRs.  This position offers workplace flexibility and the team culture values Simplicity, Collaboration and Fun. 


Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Achievement of annual business plan for the assigned dealer territories
  • Drive customer connectivity and CVA as an enabler to business
  • Improve Dealer opportunity tracking capabilities through PLESN (Plan for Every Serial Number) and/or PSE utilization
  • Implement vertical and customer segmentation specific strategies to deliver profitable growth and achieve targets
  • Optimize parts sales variance utilization within budget to drive incremental business
  • Partner with dealers’ Parts & Service Sales Managers and their PSSR/ISR/Parts Counter organization to influence sales execution and sales force effectiveness
  • Understand, document and communicate customer requirements, business models, competitive landscape and other market intelligence to ensure product groups and other stakeholders are aware of customer needs
  • Keep up to date with industry trends, changing technology and market regulations in countries covered
  • Manage Division T&E budget 


Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required; preferred in Business, Marketing or Engineering

Top Candidates will also have:

  • 1-2 years experience in a field position (or working closely with Dealers)
  • Strong customer focus and ability to influence Dealers
  • Strong prioritization capability
  • Demonstrated experience in product support, product development, or aftermarket product support
  • Ability to quickly adapt to complex changes, execute with ambiguity and drive advancement within the dealer organization
  • High level of interpersonal and communication skills

  • Position requires less than 50% travel
