JOB DUTIES:


All administrative to account managers, including to create new accounts number and track finance situation. This position is also required to support and assist to make quotation and order accuracy and expediate orders delivery. And need maintain and update sale data of customers in PROS regularly, including raising credit notes and account receivables for accounts.  

 

Incumbents are required to manage customer issues as they arise and identifying any customer frustrations that may impact the monthly dispatch plan. Ensuring effective communication for all engine plants to coordinate ADQ issues both internally and externally. And keep regular commutation with different facilities, including omitting parts and coordinating to solve Customers’ complaint. 

 

The position manages the completion of its own work assignments and coordinates work with cross function team.  Expectations of the incumbent include:  support customer visits unsupervised, prepare and deliver presentations, strong communication skills, above average judgment, multitask projects, set priorities on workload, seek information, take some calculated risks, make decisions, accept responsibilities, and meet quality standards.

 

Typical internal customers include the incumbent’s work group, supervisor and business units.  Typical external customers include distributors and OEM’s.  Incumbent is expected to recognize and resolve problems with minimal guidance provided by supervisor or senior manager as well as following departmental guidelines and standard procedures. Incumbent does not have authority to change procedures without approval from supervisor.  Incumbent is expected to develop and implement objectives and work plans for improved company performance and customer satisfaction.

 

Limited travel up to 10% of working time.


Qualifications

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE:

  • The position requires a good knowledge of products and understanding of business sense. 

  • A good understanding of customer needs and problem solver. 

  • Numeracy and PC literate. 

  • Analytical, oral and written communication skills required. 

  • Two to three years working experience and college degree, or equivalent are typically required. 

  • Must be able to work with little or no supervision and be a team player.
