This position will be responsible for documenting current state inbound material flow paths along with developing future state VSMs. Manage & support Continuous improvement projects. Lead projects and initiatives to develop a Plan for Every Part (PFEP). This role will take an end to end approach for any MCS Releasing, NPI, Source Change related Supply Chain Planning activities to support the US Drivetrain business. A strong technical background in systems and processes is key, in addition to taking a proactive approach to problem solving. Successful candidates will have both Legacy and SAP experience.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree or 5 years of Supply Chain experience will be accepted in lieu of a degree

* 5-7 years of Supply Chain experience especially in the areas of MCS Releasing, Material

  Master, Logistics Planning

* Strong technical skills

* Strong knowledge of both MAMM, SAP is required

 

Top candidates will also have:

* Prior Supervisory experience

* APICS CPIM or CSCP

* Strong knowledge of NPI and Engineering Change Processes

* Strong customer focus and ability to influence

* The location for this position is East Peoria, IL Bldg KK

* Relocation assistance is not available for this position

* This position requires around 10% travel
