As a Senior Commercial Consultant or Commercial
Consultant II in Global Machine Pricing (GMP), you be the lead merchandising
consultant for the North America Managed Account teams working in a fast-paced
environment. This position will be a
trusted advisor and consultant to Industry business partners including Global
Construction and Infrastructure (GCI) and Building Construction Products (BCP) corporate
account Division Managers. In addition, the
role will provide Sales Variance budgeting and program execution support across
key Corporate and Managed Accounts.
Other key responsibilities include development of merchandising process
improvements initiatives and sales variance management tools to provide key
business partner insights. This role will also work to co-develop merchandising
strategies, that will help achieve enterprise goals (SV targets, PINS, OPACC
and price realization), while ensuring compliance, simplification and global
Job Duties/Responsibilities may
include, but are not limited to:
- Work with Managed Account Division Managers and Account
Managers to develop programs and sales variance initiatives for key Corporate
Accounts in North America.
- Collaborate with business partners on customer pricing
strategies to optimize enterprise OPACC and price realization
- Lead Dealer and Account manager training in areas of
merchandising framework communication, tactical merchandising changes,
corporate practices, policies, tactics and strategy
- Maintain and enhance key sales variance reporting tools
to provide customer insights for GCI and BCP business partners.
- Engage voice of dealer and
business partners to support simplification initiatives
- Develop and maintain internal
audit and compliance control documentation in program execution
- Execute Managed Account programs, by
providing guidance to the sales teams, checking levels of approval, getting
approvals and processing the programs in the system.
- Develop advanced strategic recommendations
that incorporate recent developments in the pricing field.
- Provide input to the monthly
forecast process regarding year end estimation of SV spend for Managed Accounts
- Support execution of volume
incentive process to North America Managed Accounts
degree concentrated in business administration, finance, economics,
statistics, accounting, engineering or sales and
marketing related fields
- At least 5 years of experience
as a pricing/revenue analyst, finance analyst or roles in sales,
marketing, or accounting.
