Manager at Caterpillar Indonesia Batam, you will manage and lead all Batam facility supply chain
activities including strategic process transformation, supply chain planning,
material requirements management, inventory management, demand and orders
management, supply chain performance and logistics. You will also ensure
linkage between process planning and execution.
Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Provide leadership and
direction to logistics and supply chain teams responsible for the management of
all facility supply functions in alignment with the Order-to-Delivery SAI and
the Velocity CSF.

- Minimum of 12 to 15 years of end-to-end supply chain experience.
- Incumbent need to have sound knowledge in SAP system (MM, PP, SD Module).
- Completion of
Leadership training or programs.
- Having experience of
leading 6 Sigma projects.
- Possess strong
analytical and problem-solving skills.
