The division is comprised of over 4,500 employees and provides global accounting and finance support; this includes Corporate, Segment and Business Unit Support, as well as Indirect Procurement, Corporate Real Estate and Global Facilities.


The Position:

The Global Strategy & Execution Manager provides strategic consulting and leadership to the execution of the Global Finance strategy workstreams with an emphasis on simplification and standardization to provide more insight and drive improvement in company performance.  Reporting into the Global Finance Transformation Lead, this role will provide strategic and influential leadership to multiple workstreams and team members, setting objectives and deliverables aligned with the strategic vision and coordinating teams’ efforts to deliver on objectives. By partnering with counterparts in the Strategy & Execution team, the role will ensure synergies across all strategy workstreams are maximized. It will also ensure collaboration and interconnectivity across workstreams and alignment on objectives, while providing thought leadership and driving teams to deliver on stated objectives within scope, on time and on budget.  

Job Duties/Responsibilities may include but are not limited to: 

  •  Leading a portfolio of the most impactful Global Finance strategy workstreams and projects supporting those workstreams.

  •  Structuring and solving business problems, collaborating and coordinating with a range of internal stakeholders to make recommendations on a wide range of business issues.

  •  Developing rigorous, fact based, quantitative analysis to support recommendations, ensuring strategic and financial soundness and alignment for any recommendations.

  •  Working closely with cross-functional and segment management teams on strategic projects, bringing timely and useful insight and analytical support.

  •  Communicating recommendations to senior management, other executive, functional, or regional staff and management in a clear, concise and impactful way.

  •  Providing continuous coaching and training to strategy team members.

  •  Developing formal documentation of workstream governance processes, as well as process monitoring and improvement.

  •  Leading workstream change management efforts, in partnership with the strategy communications and change leads.


Job Requirements:


  • Undergraduate degree in business, finance or engineering
  • 15+ years of progressively responsible job-related experience. 
  • An expert level of strategic analysis, problem solving, business acumen and governance background. 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills are required in order to deal with sensitive issues, develop others, or persuade others inside and outside the department to take specific actions.
