We have an exciting opportunity within our Excavation Division (EXD) Operations for a  Order to Delivery (OTD) Regional Lead for the Americas who will design and execute performance of the end-to-end value chain within the region.


As the OTD Regional Lead, you can expect to:

  • Work with the facility, EXSM (Excavation Supply Management), Product Support and Logistics Division (PSLD), Demand Management, Global Construction and Infrastructure (GCI) and the EXD Product Group to achieve corporate supply chain projects and performance targets such as Order Promise Date, Scheduled Availability, Scheduled Services Level, Inventory Day on Hand
  • Develop, lead and coordinate OPACC improvement portfolio projects across multiple, cross functional work teams delivering end-to-end value chain improvements.
  • Support facility efforts to improve supply chain performance
  • Support New Product Introduction (NPI), New Source Introduction (NSI) implementation from end-to-end supply chain perspective


The successful candidate must bring (Basic Qualifications):

  • A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.  Relevant equivalent experience (4 years) may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • At least 5 years of progressively responsible supply chain related job experience
  • Ability to communicate in verbal and written English
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 30%, primarily domestic

Top Candidates will also bring:

  • Experience in supply chain, purchasing, logistics and project management
  • Independent self-starter
  • Flexibility and adaptability for uncertain matters
  • Good at building relationships, presentation skills and written communication
  • Ability to influence and lead in-region and global cross-functional initiatives
  • Good knowledge and skill to utilize supply chain related systems; BIC, Tableau, Power BI etc.
