As a Digital Specialist, you will be responsible for digital strategy execution to China corporate managed accounts, to work with global partners to have customer assets connected & monitored globally, to leverage the digital offering as the enabler to grow account PINS, POPS and customer loyalty.
Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
Drive Connectivity Go-to-Market with emphasis on Managed Accounts.
Based on understanding of the customers’ digital needs and requirements, collect and communicate Voice of Customer, Dealer, Business (VOC,VOD,VOB) within Caterpillar.
Solicit alignment with related partners like Account Managers/GASD on commercial support program to make connectivity as one of valued solution offerings.
Work with expanded digital partners on China Digital Strategy project and CSO (Customized solution offering) project to increase technology competitiveness and adoption for Ease-of-Use features.
Ensure Cat digital offering is promoted via marketing activities via media and industry events like BICES & Bauma, etc.
Develop and deliver internal dealer/customer digital trainings.
Pulling business partners towards results with actions via a robust governance process for digital strategy execution.
College degree or equivalent experience with minimum 5 years of specific industry experience.
Experiences with telematics (Product Link / VisionLink) will be a strong advantage.
Fluent communication skill in English and Mandarin both in written & speaking.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and collaboration skill.
Adapt to extensive travel to visit dealer & customer. 50% travel is required.
