Job Description

Description

Interested in being a trusted partner and strategic differentiator, while also driving innovation, collaboration and solutions that help customers build a better world?  If so, your journey starts here.

Caterpillar IT’s winning culture allows us to understand our business partners’ needs and deliver responsive IT solutions with operational excellence. And because we know that YOUR personal growth is vital to future success, we seek to apply that same innovation and collaboration to your development.

Who says your development stops after college?  Certainly, not us.  That’s why Caterpillar offers recent college graduates the opportunity to explore various areas within digital and IT through our Digital & IT Development Program (DITDP).  The DITDP provides program participants with the opportunity to advance their technical and leadership skills through challenging assignments across multiple areas of the business.

Each DITDP participant has a unique program experience and will work on different teams in varied worksites over a three-year period, with assignments lasting from 6 to 12 months. This allows program participants to diversify their technical skills and build their professional network.

In addition, the DITDP allows participants to learn from Caterpillar technical leaders and experts in a variety of team dynamics.  DITDP participants absorb, in just a few years, what often takes a decade for young professionals to experience.

To learn more about the experiences of current program participants, take a few minutes to watch the video they created for you here.

Are you ready to begin your digital and IT journey?
