Job Description


  • Job Responsibilities include:

 1. Import and export business 

I) Timely arrange import and export documents making, inspection and other customs clearance according to the factory's material requirements and export shipment plan.

J) Apply for all kinds of certificates and licenses required in import and export.

K) Deal with problems arising from customs import and export inspection, and maintain good communication with customs

L) Can independently complete the accurate classification of customs HS codes

M) Track the transportation of goods and keep good communication with upstream and downstream.

N) Communicate with forwarder and customs broker to ensure smooth import and export.

O) Registration and verification of import and export data records

P) Verification and filing of import and export files.

 2. International and domestic logistics management: 

C) Coordinate and resolve abnormal situations in domestic/international transportation.

D) Assess the KPI of freight forwarders, customs brokers and other carriers, analyze and take improvement measures for the abnormal logistics summarized every month.

3.  Logistics cost budget, payment and analysis:

E) Monthly freight reconciliation and payment application to ensure that the monthly fees can be accurate recorded and paid in time.

F) Quarterly and annual logistics cost budget of the factory, real-time tracking of the difference between actual cost and budget, finding and analyzing abnormal points, and effective management and control of logistics cost.

G) Conduct in-depth analysis of monthly logistics costs and report to the leadership. Find the monthly logistic outliers, root causes and improvement suggestions.

H) Cooperate with SOX control team to complete quarterly and annual freight internal control audit.


  • Required Qualifications:

    1. Bachelor or above

    2. International trade, logistics and other related majors

    3. Proficient in import and export laws and regulations and operating procedures

    4. At least 5 years relevant working experience in import and export

    5. Proficient in office software, especially EXCEL office software

    6. Good communication and writing skills in English

    7. Bonded management experience is preferred

    8. Good coordination and communication skills and ability to analyze and solve problems

    9. Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit
