Description

Job Purpose: Support the company’s aftermarket growth plans, to establish and develop the aftermarket product e-commerce business in China including platform planning, user growth, marketing, and sales.

 

Responsibilities

  • To provide platform planning suggestions from the perspective of operation;
  • Responsible for aftermarket user growth and development;
  • Identify effective marketing methods for aftermarket products, including efficient promotion mix and growth methods;
  • Achieve the aftermarket product online sales goal;
  • To lead content operation on new media advertising/marketing;
  • To analyze user demands, user experience, and all operation processes for continuous improvement solution;
  • To analyze and improve product marketing/promotion campaign, improve brand awareness and sales;
  • Be responsible for customer community operation, including the creation and operation of the customer community to support better understanding of the value of genuine aftermarket parts to customers;
  • Business management: to build up and maintain cooperative business relationship with dealers;
  • To manage the platform customer service and sales team.

 

  • Design efficient marketing methods which will lead to YoY growth;
  • Design promotion campaign, including activity content and guidelines;
  • Work with Marketing Department to complete the design of various advertisements, including Banner, Push and others;
  • Work with Marketing Department to include advertorials on WeChat official account;
  • Work with Parts Sales team to complete product Features and Benefits, comparison etc.;
  • Provide suggestions on page design of online shop;
  • Manage e-commerce sales and customer service team;
  • Business data analysis: tracking and analysis of various KPIs, analysis of customer behavior, promotion mix analysis, etc.;
  • Leverage Purchasing, Parts Operation, and other departments to improve supply and logistics;
  • Customer community operation, including event design, advertising, and implementation etc.;
  • Launch targeted campaigns focused dormant customers and lost customers;

Qualifications

Background /Experience


  • Bachelor degree or higher, major in marketing、e-commerce operation, or a similar major with e-commerce working experience;
  • Fluent in English, able to complete English work reports, able to communicate with overseas counterparts;
  • 7-10 years’ experience working in e-commerce operation role;
  • Familiar with the operation of at least one leading e-commerce platform;
  • Experience in leading the creation of a new e-commerce platform;
  • Experience in leading e-commerce operation team in marketing and growth;
  • Experience in content production, marketing, and event execution on WeChat or other major social media;
  • Familiar with digital consumer behavior, user experience design;
  • Experience in customer social and community operations
