When you are a Total Rewards Analyst at Global Mobility in Caterpillar, you will provide international assignment benefits services to internal customers in the areas of mobility with specific focus in China and other Asia Pacific countries as assigned. You will be in an experienced level position that will provide intermediate quantitative analysis, conduct communication with Business Unit HR partners, make proposals and recommendations in designated areas with more independent, and you will be able to solve moderately complex problems.
Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
* International Assignment Benefits Administration: Perform analysis of market and organization benefits data; responsible for implementing the company's mobility policy and programs; administrate mobility programs with the support from relocation management company. Stay abreast of current trends and regulatory issues surrounding mobility package design and administration.
* International Relocation Services: Develop global mobility policies based on global/local market practice and assist to provide effective relocation advice and guidance to supervisors, HR managers and employees in regards to international transfers.
