We are looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter to join our Product Support and Logistics Division as an Engineering Project Team Leader in Peoria, IL.

As an Engineering Project Team Leader, you will lead a team to solve complex, global technical problems or create critical components and systems. You will manage the planning and delivery of projects, continually learn and stay abreast of innovative technology, mentor and coach enterprise team members, and deepen your professional network. 

Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide technical guidance on needs analysis and initiate ideas

  • Communicate results to global customers, suppliers, team members, and other business units

  • Lead global teams in the design of new products, processes, components, and systems

  • Complete projects on time and on cost

  • Acknowledge and raise customers’ and management’s awareness of trade-offs between time, resources and quality.


Basic Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or international equivalent) from an accredited university

  • 8+ years of relevant work experience

  • Proven team leadership skills

Top candidates will also have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering curriculum

  • Previous component design experience

  • Good communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills

  • Strong analytical skills


Additional Information:

This position does not offer relocation.

This position requires 10% or less travel.
