As a Supply Analyst, you will maximize external supplier performance through understanding our supply network to drive execution of planned and scheduled orders whilst also remaining focused on inventory management to prevent excess material within the network.
Job Duties and Responsibilities include, but may not be limited to:
Replenishment Exception Management
Inbound Shipment Tracking & Supplier Ship Performance
Past Due Management
Inbound Premium Freight Management & Expedite Fees
Urgent Alternative Supplier Orders
Manage the timely shipment of inbound material
Collaborate & negotiate with suppliers to deliver material requirements
Monitor, track & analyze supplier performance metrics
Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer facing role
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Knowledge and/or experience in material control, purchasing, parts distribution, inventory control, manufacturing engineering, operations and transportation or logistics desired
Top Candidates Will Also Have:
2-year college degree or higher
CPS or 6 Sigma certifications
Interpersonal, Collaborative & Relationship Building Skills
Organizational, Time Management & Prioritization
Demonstrates Strong Accountability in Situations
Analytical Problem Solver
Solid and Sound Understanding of Manufacturing Processes
This is a CAT Flex, full-time temporary, position
This position does not offer relocation
This position requires 5% or less travel.
