The Customer Service Representative will be responsible to document dealer calls and interpret dealer inquiries which are sent through the Customer Inquiry Database. While scrutinizing Parts Distribution systems for valuable information on backorders, the CS Representative will ensure the dealer backorders are filled. Based on the resolution, the CS Representative will give customized feedback to the dealer or pass the information and issue to other team members or departments.
Activities include but are not limited to standard problem resolution, product information, and orders status inquiries.
This position resolves as many problems as needed, corresponding with skill level and experience.
To be successful in this position the successful candidate must have strong knowledge in parts distribution, customer service and transportation coordination. They will possess intermediate to advanced computer skills along with excellent analytical and problem solving ability. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required, to professionally liaise with Dealers and customers. This role requires someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
