Description

As a Commercial Consultant, you will support the overall administration and execution of the Worldwide Mining CAP (Customer Appreciation Program). 


Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: 
  • Support the overall administration of the Worldwide Mining CAP (Customer Appreciation Program)
  • Communication team lead for CAP across multiple functional areas (Machine Pricing, GASD, Global Accounts, Accounting, etc) including Dealer and Customer facing exposure
  • Support Mining Global Accounts with CAP annual enrollment and process improvement initiatives
  • Support Mining Global Accounts with CAP evaluations (modeling), customer reporting, and claim execution investigation
  • Merchandising Analyst for North America Mining programs
  • Ongoing sales variance and revenue monitoring of North America Mining focus programs and selected products - Administration of Mining customer sales reporting
  • CAP program training (dealer and field) - Collaboration with sales and marketing teams to obtain and evaluate information needed for making revenue, pricing, and merchandising recommendations.
  • Participation and collaboration in mining merchandising strategy initiatives 

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
  • 5-7 years’ experience in Field representative roles, 6 Sigma, Marketing, Accounting, Finance or as a Revenue/pricing Analyst.
 
Top Candidates Will Also Have:
  • Knowledge of various Caterpillar products, product applications, merchandising programs and business systems
  • Experience concentrated in business administration, finance, economics, statistics, accounting, or related fields
  • Strong analytical ability
  • Initiative coupled with sense of urgency
  • Results oriented
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
