This is a business resource project leader position that is responsible for leading lean, efficiency excellence and OIA projects to improve critical business processes that drive financial results.
The individual should be capable of leading projects. The majority of these projects will be focusing on BR internal lean, efficiency excellence, and CXL/CPPX OIA opportunities and will often involve efforts across functional areas within CXL/CPPX.
Lead projects where the subject focus and solution are complex in nature, availability, and attainability. Project leadership includes identifying opportunities, defining and financially justifying projects, launching project teams, using good project management to manage team activities, leading teams to execute projects using Design of Experiments and other methodology, tracking project status and results, removing and elevating project barriers, and developing team members. It is also critical to identify integration issues with other projects/processes and coordinate the improvements with the appropriate project/process owners to accomplish the project goals.
Measure results. Manage the development and maintenance of methods and systems for measuring the degree to which the project goals, objectives and metrics are being met. Provide Project Sponsor with the results and take corrective project action as required to improve on results below target.
Integrate improvement projects. Ensure projects are integrated with other business activities, improvement projects, and business strategy.
Provide quantitative data indicating the scope of the operation including current year and forecast sales, net income, total assets controlled, number of personnel, operating budget, and any other quantitative factors which describe the scope of the operation.
Must be a results-oriented change agent who is an effective business systems thinker. Must be able to manage risk and ambiguity on a project.
Besides lead process excellence and OIA projects, this position also need lead below activities: CXL/CPPX transfer price monitor and management. Ensure the actual legal entity margin is aligned with the contracted manufacturer agreement.
Issue tracking summarize and follow up including data analysis, report preparation, remediation follow up with PICs
Lead BR all position job record analysis, JE lead time analysis and identify process excellence opportunities.
Lead BR team’s big events.
Education & Experience：
Four-year university graduate of accounting or finance major is required. Basic SAP/ERP knowledge is required.
Three to five years of professional level experience. Prior supervisory experience is a plus.
Competencies & Skills：
Should have demonstrated project management skills, team leadership skills, and very good communication skills.
Good English are necessary.
Must have the ability to learn and do statistical analysis.
