The Global Finance Services (GFSD) Division has an exciting opportunity available as a Human Resources Business Partner based in Deerfield, IL, and leading a team of 7-8 HR Business Partners.
The Human Resource Business Partner (internally labeled as Manager) will be responsible for leading, guiding, counseling, overseeing, and supporting all critical and strategic human resource needs and initiatives for the organization which includes Indirect Procurement, Accounting, Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis/Services, Group CFO teams, Tax, Treasury, Strategy, Auditing and Investor Relations organizations acting as an integral business partner and advisor. This position also provides leadership and supports execution of Business Unit level HR, including performance management and business unit HR metrics. This individual will be responsible for overseeing and driving the business strategy of GFSD through supportive HR leadership and services with a customer focused mindset. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to become a trusted business partner for leaders, bringing a passion for talent and strategic thinking while delivering practical, results orientated solutions.

Traveling is required is limited to moderate, 5-15% of working time.
