As a Quality Supervisor at Caterpillar you will contribute to the prevention of product defects by eliminating the cause and maintaining quality standards through inspection and process adherence. You will also supervise and provide leadership for the facility Quality Inspection Team and other Quality professionals in a facility responsible for preventing quality problems through the development and maintenance of quality measurement standards.
