JOB PURPOSE:
Develop marketing plan that serve South America goals and business objectives and ensure the effective implementation of marketing programs, campaigns & solutions, increase SEM brand awareness and collect sales leads.
JOB RELATED STATISTICS:
Geographical Responsibility: South America
Primary Interface: AMS Sales team, AMS dealers, International Marketing team, CBL functions, marketing agencies.
JOB DUTIES:
Marketing Plan and Budget Management
To develop AMS marketing plan in coordination with AMS Sales team and local dealers to ensure alignment in actions
To develop annual marketing budget and execute the marketing plan within the budget
To manage suppliers’ payments and dealer marketing activities reimbursement
Responsible for weekly/monthly reporting as defined by Supervisor
Marketing Contents Creation and Management
To lead and coordinate for the localization and production of marketing promotional materials to best fit for local market and cultures, including translation, proofreading, local photo and video shooting etc.
Coordination and support dealer marketing needs, including brochures, posters, dealer signage etc.
Event Management
To develop and execute SEM offline event plan, search for and manage marketing agencies to support local marketing activities, especial important tradeshows
To work with local teams, dealers and agencies to support dealer marketing activities, including but not limited to new product launch, tradeshows, customer days and seminars, factory visits, advertisement etc.
Digital Marketing
To develop local digital marketing plan and leverage the social media and digital channels to promote SEM brand and collect leads
To work with SEM digital marketing team on SEM website in local languages and its optimization and local promotion
Communications, Branding and reputation management
To coordinate work with the Internet and Industry press agencies, portals to execute SEM PR plan and ensure SEM presence in media
To develop local branding plan to improve brand exposure and reputation
To support and monitor SEM brand visual identity implementation locally
Qualifications
BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE:
At least Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years’ experience in marketing, digital marketing, communications, advertising or event management
Big passion in marketing and like to try new things; creative thinking.
Strong organizational, planning and communication skills. Good collaborator
Ability to focus and work independently, to implement, execute and finish projects
Capable of multi-tasking, ability to adapt to various work environments
Innovative, Customer focus, business acumen, commercial skills
Proactive approach and high sense of responsibility
Good command of computer skills
Proficiency in English and Portuguese, including reading, writing and speaking, good Spanish skill is a plus
Moderate travel required 15-20%
