The ITDD Resource Industries Supply Management Team has an exciting opportunity for a Solutions Owner that can lead development & deployment activities for the Contract Management Portfolio.
Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
*Lead the contract management portfolio for world-wide Global Procurement group.
*Define Contract Management strategy for Purchasing;
-Work with Legal to develop and maintain standard agreement templates for Master Purchase Agreements (MPAs), Tooling Bailment Agreements (TBAs), NDA, and NDSAs;
-Develop and maintain PO T&Cs for all xx
-Implement PO T&Cs in all ERPs
-Support Aftermarket OPAAC Opportunities tied to PO T&Cs
*Provide data visibility (includes monthly contract
management dashboard for procurement professionals), support for governance of
various contracts, corporate initiatives and needed reporting in lieu of
Purchasing Practices & other Legal/Compliance requirements.
-Drive NDSA compliance in working with PSC and Category teams globally
*Be a eContract SME – support FSD IT on Ariba configuration / workflow changes. Oversee the effort required to align supplier codes to the NDSAs.
*Provide ownership to contract management purchasing practices, rationalize PPs for compliance requirements and help support the review of MPAs from aftermarket perspective.
*Support NDSA and other contract types related questions/issues/requests from Buyers, Sia, PSC Upload Team, PSC Signature Team, PSC Search Team, Legal, & other groups.
*Participate in various Corporate projects from eContract replacement tool, NDA / MNDA Lifecycle effort (Tool Replacement Project), Enterprise critical components/parts project support to PO T&C ERP and Contract Mapping effort.
*3 to 5 years of progressively responsible Contract Management, Purchasing or Legal experience

*Strong customer focus and ability to influence
*Ability to quickly understand compliatory/Legal needs and drive advancement within the organization
*Ability to understand both contract management and business domains
*Knowledge of business operations including the technical infrastructure for supporting contract management tools and general business processes.
*Knowledge of 6 Sigma and other continuous improvement tools would be beneficial.
