Description

Develop, revise, and distribute component reuse service support guidelines which optimally support dealer service requirements.  
 
Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 
This position supports the development and delivery of reuse support to Cat dealer technicians globally through Service Information System (SIS) media authoring, discrepancy identification management and component research.  This information is based on complex, in-depth research of product service requirements and must be completed in a timely, accurate manner.  

Additional Information:
- Relocation is not available for this position
- Travel requirement is less than 10%


Qualifications

Basic Requirements:  

• High School or equivalent 

• 1+ years experience with MS-Word, MS-Excel and engineering prints


Top Candidates Will Also Have:

• 1+ years experience using Caterpillar SIS, SIS Authoring and supporting software and systems including Arbortext and High Velocity Caterpillar Desktop

• Associates degree or equivalent 

• 1+ years experience servicing/supporting Caterpillar components

• 1+ years experience with Caterpillar Dealer Solution Network, Pro-Engineer and Vis Mockup software

• 1+ years familiarity with Caterpillar New Product Introduction process
