Do better collection on expense tracking and comments analysis

Expense JE  for closing

CME Charge out adjust

base salary adjust

building & land adjust

OTD expense allocation: make new template for HR to calculate the allocation

PV Mapping Create

Cost Center create, change, and block

Dept expense reporting - vs June RBM vs Plan

Making the new departmental expense template for expense tracking,&analysis

Unify the actual expense report, keeping the actual data uniqueness

Make a better organization of expense data from 2015 till now


Expense form M vs PY, plan

Complete form M vs PY, Plan on variable and period cost

Figure out the outbound allocation problem


OTD pack expense analysis (Cost Council)

Required Qualifications:

* 4 year Degree in Accounting or equivalent or 4 year Degree in Business with a minimum of 18 hours accounting coursework

* Willingness to relocate and be mobile minded

* Excellent Initiative, Communication and Interpersonal skills

Desired Qualifications:

* Experience in program or department cost monitoring and analysis.

* Strong computer skills, including familiarity with various software packages.
