The Product Support & Logistics Division currently has an opening for an Engineer in our Mossville, IL facility. As an Engineer, you will begin to shift from learning and assisting to fully contributing to solving technical problems while growing your analytical skills and mastery of engineering concepts. You will partner with and provide technical guidance to global teams. You will continually learn and stay abreast of innovative technology. You will also continue to grow your professional network.

Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

  • Owning Fuel and Lube design responsibilities for liquid filtration working projects in new product development, current product improvements, and supporting internal customer requests
  • Support concept design development through brainstorming and working testing evaluations
  • Working with suppliers on cost management and validating cost reduction changes 
  • Begin partnering with and providing technical guidance within and between teams
  • Gather relevant information, compare and contrast data, identify relationships and predict performance
  • Evaluate new products, processes, or systems
  • Communicate results to customers, suppliers, team members, and other business units
  • Contribute to the design of new products and processes
  • Perform product and process maintenance


Basic Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1 - 3 years of experience in an Engineering role


Top Candidates Will Also Have:

  • Experience using Pro-E
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an accredited Engineering, Computer Science, or Materials Science curriculum
  • Must have strong problem-solving skills, a good mechanical aptitude, and good communications & presentation skills
  • Master's Degree, preferably in an accredited Engineering, Computer Science or Materials Science curriculum
  • Strong Analytical skills
