As a Product Support Specialist in the Job Site Solutions Organization you will be responsible for concepting and developing Production Optimization solutions for end customer contracts. The solutions will be in support of the commercial commitments which directly support end customer business needs. You will also need to manage the end solutions ensuring they are delivering the necessary value to the end customer.
Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university preferably in Engineering or Computer Science
2+ years of experience in technology or analytics or systems experience
Demonstrated ability to work independently and a demonstrated ability to work on increasing complex assignments
Experience with graphical user interface design
Experience in designing and building reports – ideally in SAP BOBJ and Power BI
Data Management experience (efficient data architecture and interface design)
Data analysis experience (proven ability to suggest insights based on large data sets)
Experience designing and building API interfaces
Experience with SQL or database usage
Experience with onboard telematics systems: VIMS and Product Link.
Excellent communicator, both written and oral.
Experience in engineering systems design and analysis
Knowledge of GIT and agile development
Experience with Python development\programming
