The Product Support & Logistics Division currently has an opening for a Traffic Control Analyst in our Laredo, TX facility. As a Traffic Control Analyst, you will investigate and resolve discrepancies in material receipts and the accompanying documentation to ensure accurate on hand inventories and a smooth flow of material to the proper locations.

Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

  • Analyze freight bills, packing lists, receiving reports, purchase order computer inquiries, supplier invoices, etc. of material received and rejected by the tracking system or as requested by Accounts and Freights Payable personnel
  • Maintain hi-rise activity records for loads picked and failures
  • Analyze receiving problems such as damaged parts, missing invoices, etc. and determine the proper course of action to resolve the situation
  • Maintain manpower records and profiles of certain divisions located in Materials
  • Serve as back-up for other receiving analysts and entry clerks as needed
  • Provide team leadership to the Traffic Control Clerks
  • Operate a forklift in a warehouse environment

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • FTA Qualifications experience
  • Import/Export Process experience
  • Pedimentos Auditing experience
  • Broker Management experience
  • Experience in Material Control, Inventory Control, Shipping Orders, and Grief Investigation
  • Proficient with all Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, Power Point, Access, etc).
  • Viatpro, Inbox, and AP Discrepancies Grief Reporting experience 

Top Candidates Will Also Have: 

  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels
  • Ability to use such programs as DISOSS, Chartmaster, Symphony, etc.
  • Familiar with the various materials data systems
  • 1+ years of Team Lead/supervisory experience
  • 3+ years of Forklift experience
