to electrically troubleshoot and repair complex machines and related equipment
that perform assembly, torque and material movement functions in the assembly
areas. Applicant must possess the ability to troubleshoot and repair the
following types of machines and components: electrical repairs to utilities,
test cells, building and grounds, PLC controlled machines, overhead crane
systems, boiler systems and high voltage systems.

the ability to install, repair, and maintain PLC operated machinery, high
voltage systems including and not limited to breakers, interrupters,
transformers and capacitors.
must be able to read and understand machine electrical prints, and have a basic
understanding of mechanical prints.
should have experience in laying out and bending and running conduit and
pulling wire of all sizes.
must possess basic electrical skills and the ability to operate basic tools to
complete the repair job.
must possess and show strong interpersonal skills and apply customer based

Top candidates will also have:
- Must have successfully completed an approved
electrical apprenticeship program or possess a minimum of five years of experience in the electrical repair of equipment described in this job posting
must be able to prove a strong knowledge and experience of the following.
- Strong knowledge of PLC including
being able to read and edit code, and go online to various types of
controllers using an external device.
- Must have strong knowledge of Allen
Bradley, Siemens power supplies, drives and controls. Such as Servo and VFD experience
troubleshooting, setting up and replacing.
- Must have strong experience reading
and understanding line drawings, electrical prints/schematics and be able to
make decisions from that.
- Must have the ability to
troubleshoot motors and motor controls.
- Must be proficient in using various
electronic calibration equipment and computers.
- Must have a strong background in
Medium Voltage (up to 13kV) transfer switches, interrupters, transformers,
breakers including trip units.
- Must have experience in facilities
and building maintenance including lighting and multiple types of voltage
circuits. i.e., 24VDC, 120AC, 208AC….13kV.

- Must be able to pass the color blindness test
- Must be able to work at heights and in confined
- Positions available on 2nd and 3rd Shifts
- Candidates relocating from 75 miles or more from Lafayette facility are eligible for a $5000 relocation fee
