As an Import
& Export Specialist, you will perform responsibilities of managing and arranging daily transportation for incoming shipment from suppliers and finished product delivery to customers. Also, you will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating forwarder performance periodically, providing steady logistics services at the lowest cost level to meet customers’ requirements.
Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
all documents related to customs registration, customs clearance, customs
auditing as well as keep the good filing for these documents.
data into Customs system and CAT tracking system. And reconcile the
inventory data in the two systems.
with Customs in case the inventory discrepancy between Customs system and
CAT warehouse system.
reports for the offset of bonded inventory data in Customs handbook and
submit the reports required by Customs office.
closely with broker, forwarder, carrier, and ocean tally company for daily
inbound and outbound customs clearance. Track their service to measure
a good working relationship with related government bodies.
assigned work by supervisor.
degree or above.
two years’ logistics working experience. (Experience of bonded goods
management or handbook of processing trade is a plus.)
to detail and work very accurate.
problem solving skills are required.
independently and able to cope with high pressure.
a good relationship with internal and external clients.
oral and writing in English.
knowledge of Excel, Word, Access.
