The Student Trainee Program allows students the opportunity to work at Caterpillar while going to school.

High School students considered for accounting positions should have a basic understanding of accounting principles, accounts receivable and basic bank reconciliation. All positions require working in a team environment and demonstrating quality customer service.
Responsibilities vary from job to job, but may include:
- Maintaining records
- Verifying cost information and special projects
Considerations include education or experience in the accounting field. In addition, successful performance requires sound judgment, motivation, effective interaction with others and the ability to handle an array of responsibilities.
These positions are open to Peoria, IL high school juniors/seniors students only.
- Must be 16 years of age by June 3, 2019
- Must have and maintain a 2.8 / 4.0 cumulative GPA
- Must be a full time student attending a Peoria, IL area high school
- Must be able to work 15-20 hours per week while attending school full time
- Demonstrated leadership
- Participation in school clubs and organizations
- Must have reliable transportation
These are part time temporary openings located in the Peoria, IL area. Relocation is not available.
